Got mine today...also 4 instead of 5 items, sent them an email. If you look at the example bags on the website, they all have 5 items so that's what I expected to get.
Only 1 item is no good for me, lovely blue shirt dress (it's on the website in the goody bag picture), but as I have quite a long torso and am 5'9" tall, it looks too small on me.
Also got a lovely long black linen skirt with white embroidery
a wine red skirt that flares out beautifully, not sure about the colour though so I think I'll dye it
an orange t-shirt which I'll wear tomorrow to support my national team!

Also seriously contemplating ordering another bag...

I know what you mean. :o Its hard to resist bargains. I couldn't have afforded to buy these at normal prices, so for me was a good deal. I have (ahem) just ordered another goody bag for myself, as I've worn three of the items already, and will posibly wear my Bora Aksu dress next week while lunching with a mate. I hope my next bag will be similar quality, as it is pot-luck.

I'd like to order more, just concerned that I might get the same items again. I only received three items in mine but not sure of the value as I got 2 dresses. They are like tents on me but I will find a way of adjusting them

Might be best to order a size smaller. I usually tend to err on ordering the next size up, as I like my garments to have room (for moving/natural shrinkage, etc), but with People Tree (as also Monsoon), it is best to order on the small side, as they are very generous with their measurements.

I ordered 2 goody bags and on the whole am very pleased. I received 7 items in one and 6 in the other. Two items were the same in each , a cream long stretch t shirt and a check print dress, but as both fit and are nice , I'm happy. One item does not fit and will give to charity shop, a pair of green ethnic style flared trousers. I'd wear them if they fitted! Two other items are dubious including a silk pink and purple dress which doesn't suit me, but for £60 , I'm happy with 10 pieces of clothing and its a bit like a lucky dip, you get stuff you would not normally look at but try anyway and think 'yeah, I could wear this !' - :TI'm now getting in touch with my repressed hippy chick.
Still virtually alcohol free since 4/1/15. (10 Xmas/ New Year/Birthday drinks)

How disappointing. Never mind. :( I suppose that can happen, although its unusual to get something too big, and too small, as its usually either one or the other. It might be worth swapping your bag for a different one, in a different size, but then may not help.

I have not had to return anything yet fortunately, but there is a returns label on their website which you can print off, and I believe there may be one in your parcel. You could put other as your reason for returning.

Lucky you. :T Its nice to know whats in others goody bags. Perhaps you could ebay your dress, as it sounds ok from your description.

I haven't got mine yet :( I ordered on 5/7 and they said to allow 10 days but all of you seem to have got yours already. How long was it for you between ordering and delivery?

I've found that the dresses that are like tents on me look much better when worn with a skinny belt. I didn't want to pay another £6-7 to send them back and another £4.50 for postage on smaller size. I'm hoping to get a sewing machine soon anyway.
