concentrating on the wedding!!

dont you just hate that phrase (along with you cant eat that you have a dress to get into)

ive been hearing it alot lately..i get married on the 7th august and everything is planned, we arent sorting the reception my aunts are, my dress gets started next week, i need to get my underwear and shoes for the men..plus prezzies for bestman and my aunties :) but thats it...nothing to think about really.
A cousin and i are going to trek the great wall of china for charity next year so are planning all sorts of fundraisers and at the minute that is all i think about lol but it helps me to not stress or worry about the wedding as i dont think about it all the time IYSWIM

But well done you on the trek - I did that a few years ago, and it is a real life changing experience.

Lolly - I've sent you a PM about the trek so that we don't go OT....!!

Maybe you should pretend to have some sort of crisis about the wedding, and then everyone will say
"it's ok, you're all in control"....!!!!

its not about your topic but comments that have bugged me so far are....
mil2b saying 'oh your not wearing brown shoes are you? i dont like brown' after h2b jokingly saying his very nice brown shoes he was wearing were his wedding shoes
erm why cant he wear what he wants???
then my own mother saying after seeing a brochure of the venue 'oh i dont like the chairs and the carpet? it doesnt go does it? i really dont like the chairs'
    i mean WTH????!!!!
I am not bossy I just have better ideas:p

lmao...i just think its so funny whn people get on their high horse about a wedding they have no say in lol.
i had OH's dad say that he wasnt happy about bringing alchol with him!! well we are providing SOME drink but not a lot...OH's family drink like fishes and act like idiots, and anyway if we had it in a venue such a s a hotel..he'd be paying for his drinks and it would cost a hell of a lot more!!

OH mother...have you invited so and so and auntie this and uncle that.....no...well you should they are family!!!
grrrr i didnt even know these people exsisted till that very second!!! i dont want people i dont know on our wedding day!!

sorry woke up in a bad mood can you tell? :D
