The problem with the form is the passwords. It wouldn't accept mine until I had put one number in my password and it was at least 6 characters long.

Well I tried to order one, put in my colour and it said your bag will be with you within 28 days, but it never asked my address!

It wont ask for your address if you signed in to supersavvyme because it already has your address and you cant apply for one without being a member of supersavvyme.

Thankyou, that's very kind of you. I realised the problem was with my email address. I tried a different one and it let me do it! (I'd previously signed up with a different email and later de-registered, so I guess my email had a black mark against it!
