Are the company ripping me off?

I work for a security company and have done for the past year and a half however I think they are ripping me for N.I and i've a feeling something dodgy is going on.
Paid monthly
5 Months ago I got paid 500 and paid 15NI
4 Months ago I got paid 450 and paid 1.50NI
3 Months ago I got paid 540 and paid 15NI
2 Months ago I got paid 750 and paid 47NI
Awaiting this months
Something about the above figures does not seem right.
Also can the company charge for a new uniform every time they redesign it :mad:?
Currently looking for a job with a reputable company :rotfl:

I believe they can charge you for uniforms.
However if you are on MNW the deduction from your salary would take you below it, so in that case they would not be able to do it.
