I think it was decided that it was either a scam site for an American Holiday/advertising company to get your e-mail addy (the websites email domain leads to here: http://www.braithwaite.com/ ).

Or a student project.

As it's on a pipex free domain i'd say the latter, and he just used the name braithwaite.
