[Hi all, This is my first quote, I was wondering if someone can help me claim back my PPI from the above mortgage company. I know that they have sold most of there UK mortgages on. I did receive a phone to the house tell me that I entitled to it but that company never got back to me. I need help I would rather claim it back myself rather than pay 30% to someone else.
Thanks
It's worth noting, mortgage payment protection, also known as accident, sickness and unemployment cover is not the same as "PPI" so you will have to justify the mis-sale.I am a mortgage broker. From the documentation I have requested from Paratus AMC (Formerly GMAC RFC) and most of which, with sloping shoulders, they have failed to supply, I would be talking to the SFO regarding them as I have VERY strong suspicions that most of GMAC's mortgages were incorrectly executed and thus fraudulent.
You might want to inform your current provider of this also.
I can provide template letters to write to they CEO (not that he will bother replying even if you mark it PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL) shows how professional he is....NOT...0 -
