When I refreshed I got nothing, logged out & in & nothing cleared cashe and cookies again and woooo got My slot 7pm wed!! Woooo hooo guess who is staying late on wed at work seen as I'm due to finish at 7pm

Every time I get VIP it's when I've placed an order a few weeks before the sale

When i click on the preview link it ask me to log in and when i do i just get the 'select amount of customers being invited' page but no preview of the sales. Does that mean i can't see the preview sale?

It has taken me ages and eventually have just managed to get CS to do it over phone, booked now for wed 7pm, just had confirmation, it has taken 3 CS reps tho, before one did it for me :T

Just phoned CS who confirmed I haven't been allocated a slot - I'll give up trying now..... honestly.... I will stop deleting cookies, logging out & in... I'm definitely going now.......bye...
