I'm still getting the please wait page. How is it that some of us can't get it to work and some can? Forget that-I can now.
Has anyone else noticed that that page is actually referring to March?

on your internet page click on tools, then intenet options then delete, make sure cookies and temp files are ticked it may take a while if you havent done it before and once done you will have to re log in to any websites you were logged into

I am sorry that you were not made aware that by cancelling your directory's, you will not be able to participate in the VIP sale.

W e use the selection criteria below to determine the volume of customers that we can invite to take part in our VIP Sale:

• You must have received a copy of the current season's Directory.
  You must have an e-mail address registered to the account and have previously agreed to receive marketing e-mail literature.
  The remaining credit on your account should be greater than £300.
  You must have placed an order this season and must have previously ordered online.
  
• You must have a Next Directory Flexible Account and payments should be up to date.

I managed to clear my cookies (probably couldn't do it again if I tried, but needs must!!!) and its saying only available for a selected number of customers. I'm still hoping thou reading some messages on here Good luck everyone

select 'tools' (it's just below the web address bar at the top of your internet browser) and then select 'delete browsing history'.

o interesting it lets me login on IE but with that old message but i just get the please wait message with firefox!
