Seems a bit strange that I have to have had a directory to qualify. They are always pushing towards going paperless with the paperless billing. Why do I want a directory that is a waste of trees when I can view online. They are clearly being biased. :mad:

I don't think they're being biased at all...they are repaying the support the customers who pay for the directory give them.
I feel the £3.95 is well worth the hope of a VIP slot and the ability to browse at home with no need to fire up the pc.

Here here, couldn't have put it better myself. Didn't get a slot for the previous 3 sales and that's when I met all their "criteria" and received their directory! Not got a hope in hells chance of getting a slot as I told them at the start of the year I didn't want/need a directory. :rotfl::rotfl:

I just got a card invite through the post telling me to pre book my time log on to next.co.uk/vipsale but nothing is happening i rung them and they said that these had been sent out in error but everyone who had received one will be getting a call from tomorrow morning onwards to book there slot
