Hi there
we've made the decision to start getting our veggies delivered in a weekly box but wondered if anyone here lives in and around the Aylesbury region and does the same? Can anyone reccomend a veggie box delivery company? Is it worth the money? I think that now the evenings are getting darker I'm starting to think about getting my slow cooker out and cooking stews!
Many thanks!:D

Love my veggie box, it's supplied by:

I have checked and they don't deliver to you.
I have one once a fortnight, and find the quality and volume of fruit and veg excellent.
Been having them since around May, and I check online to see what is going to be in my box, and plan meals around what is coming.
Still stumped with the marrow from this week though, just don't fancy it

A friend of mine lives in Bucks and she has a box delivered by Abel & Cole. She's been very pleased with them.4 May 2010

Try phoning Buckinghamshire County Council and asking for a local food guide. They will send you out a copy. It lists loads of organic farm shops, meat and veg. type suppliers all from 3 local counties. There is also a lovely shop in Thame (in Ox. but near enough to Aylesbury that can organise veg. boxes for delivery in Aylesbury). Hope this helps.....purplepurple wrote:Hi there
