    Hi Pink

    £350/month equates to roughly £83/wk.

Assuming you do your shopping on a weekly basis, why not attack this from the budgetary/self-discipline end?

Take a smaller, fixed amount out of the bank each week, say £75. Then force yourself to spend accordingly. If you reach the final day of the week and there's only £5 left - then force yourself to accept THERE'S ONLY £5 LEFT!!
    No backsliding!

By all means follow all the supply-side suggestions - but in the end it'll be self-discipline which makes for a successful MSE!
