I need advice about what to do next with regards to my debts with CCCS. I have continually sent letters to them via recorded delivery concerning my account, but they are still adding charges to the account, but i am getting no replies to my letters, i dont know what to do next? I really dont want to call them as i am at work 9-5, and in the evening i dont really want to discuss my finances in front of my children, any advice please!!!:o

Hi Happymonkey,
Could you clarify a little bit please, what is you have with Lloyds TSB - cc, loan, overdraft, bank account? Also you mentioned CCCS so are you already on a dmp with them? What charges are being added and what exactly are you asking them to do in the letters?0 -
I have two current accounts with them, and 2 CC, they have agreed to freeze the CC but the current accounts, i have had no response from the letters and each money getting approx £200.00 in overdraft fees, i keep writing to them but getting no reponse.:mad:0

Legally their is no obligation to remove/stop interest and charges, as these are in the terms and conditions. It is goodwill to have them stopped.
[STRIKE]You mention your debts are with CCCS, you are writing to your creditors not to CCCS right? CCCS is their to help with DMP payments.[/STRIKE] Nevermind i see your 2nd post.
Templates are here, but all you can do is write to them and hope - http://www.nationaldebtline.co.uk/england_wales/debt_advice.php#6Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0
