Shoe embellishments??

Hi - vaguely remember someone saying that they had "boring" wedding shoes and had jazzed them up by sticking on (??) vintagey looking embellishments/brooches of some kind?

Does anyone remember?? If so, any idea where to buy from that won't break the bank?? Or if it was You, any pics???

A client of mine put these on her shows and they looked amazing. So much so, a prom dress I recently made had these on it. There are an assortment of sizes to choose from. HTH xx

Take a look at Dazzle & Glitz they are in the UK. They have fabulous shoe clips & beautiful bows. They also have lots of good ideas for weddings, parties….

have a look in the department stores - loads of them have got sales on at the moment and i regularly get things to customise shoes or clothes from the haberdasherys in department stores. i had some black shoes that i superglued white paper flowers on (shoes cost £7 in the sale, flowers cost £1 and got a length of ribbon for about 60p) and replaced the black ribbon that tied the shoes with a white one - i had so many comments about them, and the bride later told me that when she received her wedding photos, the photographer had taken a photo of my shoes - just mine, not anyone elses!!

i think you can get the sort of things on the websites posted here for much cheaper if you look out for jewellery sales and then just superglue the charms.
