dress wont fit

Hi,
Well my dress arrived that i bought from China via Ebay.
It is amazing for what i paid for it but i cannot fully close the zip:eek:
I bought a size 8 as i used to be a 6 and have gained a little bit of weight so i went 1 size up.

I cannot get another dress so i need to do something can you suggest anything.
Really upset to be honest don't know what to do:(

    Whens your wedding hon?
Have you got time to lose a bit of weight? how much gap is there?

You could get the zip up changed to a lace up back?
What matters most is how well you walk through the fire
