Yes you can question it yourself. My post number 3 links to a thread discussing the issues around this and the letters to send/procedures to follow etc. The main man with regards to that is called NeverInDoubt and he is usually only to happy to help out if people have any questions etc.
Have a read of the thread and post on it and I'm sure they'll set you straight.

Thanks Tixy - I would thank you but my thanks buttons keep disappearing today for some reason and you don't have one next to your post.

Mine do that df, but then when I next refresh or come back to the page they usually appear?
Something to do with the new style forum I think.

Also if I edit a post anyone's thanks disappears and then reappears later?

I think you got all the info you need already.

    But just in case.

never pay of debt advice, it is free to get it. The less you pay the more goes against your debts and the quicker you get debt free! List here - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2077631

As to CCAs and enforceability, even if not enforceable you still legally owe the money and this is agreed upon by the OFT. Merely due to a legal issue the debt cannot be enforced by a CCJ. This does not stop them trashing your file or pursuing for payment. This approach is only worthwhile if you have already defaulted on debts. https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2532927
Note, the free debt charities do not recognise this approach and any debts you came are unenforceable they will still expect you to pay them if they run your DMP.

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
