When I was a manager a few years ago I interviewed someone who had jury service booked to start the week we were hoping the new person would start.
That made no difference to his application or interview.
Every employer knows that staff can be called up to do it (I was 2 years ago the 2 weeks before Xmas!) anytime, and I took a positive view about it as it was over and done with, and unlikely that he would be called up again in the near future.

He still works there now doing my old job:)
So don't worry just carry on job hunting;)
