Answer: Please check this before using
I have found Quartz referred to as
krustallos..or."krystallos" & also "eternal ice" and also "Ice crystal". I have however not found these uses on Rocks own website. They only refer to the quartz variety Amethyst which they called 'Amethustos'. I will continue to search & if I come up with better will edit answer..in the meantime if you find the answer...!!! All help gratefully received. I am going with krystallos at the moment.
:T2013...nothing..still hoping though!!

My crystal book says the Greeks called it crystalos, meaning 'permanent ice'.

I'd love to win it anyway :)

Hi Jillycornwall, I found this website that says it's "krystallos", so I'd say your right and I'm going with that :)
