Bayliffs ???

Hi

Im getting lots of letters from debt companys chasing me for money - I havent got the money to make an arrangement, so Im getting more letters. Im really worried about bayliffs coming to my door at what point can they come ? do they have to give me a ccj 1st ?

    It is very rare for bailiffs to become involved with consumer credit cases. They threeten them because it is technicaly possible, even if practically very unlikely.

    For them to use bailiffs they need to get a CCJ, and you need to fail to make payments on that CCJ before bailiffs can be used.
    Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
