Hi, I am considering buying an unmortgageable property at auction, but will need some extra funding to complete the sale and repair the property to make it insurable. Anyone know of the best, safest or cheapest companies out there?

Your help would be most appreciated.:)

a bridging loan would not be applicable to this situation.
if your personal financial situation is appropriate then you should apply for a personal loan

Thanks for that. This is getting tricky. I need 46K which is beyond the scope of non home owner for a loan. I think I may wait for another property. But thanks anyway.
