You only have to provide proof of income, (bank statement usually) if the Judge requests to specificity see it. Usually filling out the income/outgoing sheet is sufficient.
Only the judge has the power to see proof of income, you never have to show it to the creditor.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies0 -
You could have to, the judge could certainly request them if they felt there was any doubt over your income.
(Put it this way I wouldn't be untruthful in what you say as it would look pretty bad if you are asked for them).A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -

Most claims are done electronically so if you're offering to pay by instalments you just put your income/expenditure details on the online form and sign (key in your name) to say that the figures are true.
If it's done through a local court you just do the same process in longhand and post it back. No evidence needs to be sent0
