Do I need card protection??

Am due for renewal but was just wondering whether I actually need this service or if I get someprotection with each individual card I have?
It's with CPP and will cost £36.99

    Is this some kinda spam glitch type thing??
    I noticed something similar on another forum that I'm on.
    Its car related, when you discuss a topic like air conditioning - a relpy comes (repeatedly) from some US based air con company...

    Weird?
