lightspeed eBay survey query - is it legit?

I recently completed an online survey for lightspeed about eBay. I have had an email about a follow up telephone interview from something calling themselves eBay-Buyers-Engagement-Programm. They seem to be based in Germany. They are supposed to be calling me today to do a phone survey. Are they a legitimate company? I have tried to contact eBay but their help pages just contain answers to "popular questions" rather than a customer serice email address (which was what i wanted!). I have emailed Lightspeed but as anyone who has ever dealt with "Lauren" at lightspeed will tell you, she is a waste of time! Thank you and sorry if this is posted in the wrong place.

If you feel in any way uncomfortable doing the phone survey, you are well within your rights to say no to them and hang up.

One tip - make sure you do not give out your ebay password.

I wouldnt give out your ebay name or your name either, Make a free email account to use so they dont get
your ebay one.

Could be a scam to gain as much info from you to compromise your account. You might not even notice them slip
the sneaky questions into the conversation.

I have done loads of online surveys for Lightspeed in the past. Never phone surveys but as far as I am aware, they are a legit company.

I would of course echo what others have said. DO NOT give them your ebay username or password.

I did the Lightspeed survey and the telephone interview in mid June. I didn't give out my username or password, but they didn't ask anyway, it was just general questions about my shopping experience on eBay. But I haven't been paid yet. Has anyone else done it and if so, have you been paid?
