What were the circumstances of your change from an agency worker to a 3 month renewable fixed term employee?
Did your current employer stop using agency workers?
Are there any permanent employees of the Company doing the same sort of work as you?
I think they realized that they pay loot to much using agency so they asked me to tell agency I quit and then they gave me the contract. They still are using this agency for some short term works. Currently I’m only one on the contract rest of the employers are permanent.0
