Anyways.. If you pay other staff FULL sick pay.. and not another is that not Discrimination or unfair? is there a legal term for that?
Does Discrimination only mean race, religion or gender?0 -

Yes, it's business. They can do whatever they like as long as they don't discriminate on the grounds I said. So they could decide to only pay sick pay to those with cancer, or those with brown eyes if they wanted to. I agree, it would be worth fighting if the injury has not been caused by your own recklessness which it seems from what you have said it hasn't.
You may want to work but presuming your Dr has given you a fit for note and the company are saying they have no alternate job for you....if this is the case then there is not alot you can do 'm afraidThe Googlewhacker referance is to Dave Gorman and not to my opinion of the search engine!
