Help! Letters coming from all over!

Hey guys!
Right, well I have 4 debts, all with Lloyds. I have been struggling with the repayments and Lloyds were offering no help so I signed up to a DMP with Churchwood Finance.
The thing is, Lloyds keep ringing and bombarding me with letters, I've been contacted by Fredrickson International regarding 'personal matters' which they wouldn't tell me about, well they wouldn't even tell me what type of business they were running. The lovely lady on the phone told me to 'google it because we ain't tellin' ya!'. Today I've had a letter from SCM solicitors (part of Lloyds I believe?) threatening legal proceedings within 14 days.
Churchwood have been paying the debts for me (even Lloyds admit that) but now they are calling me at work, at home, when driving etc. and they won't listen to me telling them that I am no longer dealing with the accounts or demanding them to stop calling me!
Are there any letters I can send out to them to try and stop this harrassment?
Thanks in advance
Matt

Btw you may want to look at going elsewhere for your dmp, there are free companies ie cccs and citizens advice(+ a couple more I dont remember)0 -
Thanks BigCraigJohn
Is there anything I can send to Lloyds to get them to deal with Churchwood rather than myself?
Thanks

As BigCraigJohn says, you should not be using a debt management company which is charging you a monthly fee, that money could be going towards paying off your debts! Google CCCS or Payplan and follow the links there, they are free to use and very helpful. (Although I've heard on here that Payplan will try to flog you insurance and so on, I'm with CCCS, who have so far been fine. That's just my personal opinion though.)
Friedrickson International are debt collectors, I'm not sure if they are "inhouse", i.e are part of Lloyds, others on here will be able to tell you that. You will be bombarded with phone calls at first, send the "don't call me" letter but in the meantime, do NOT respond to any of their security questions and tell them that you are not prepared to discuss financial matters on the phone. If they call you on a landline, invest in a cheap answerphone, it will be a lifesaver. Leave your mobile on voicemail, they will eventually get the message, once regular monthly payments start coming through. It may be worth complaining to LLoyds, you should be able to find the address to write to on the internet. Keep copies of all letters that you send and always send them recorded delivery. Don't be too scared by the threat of legal action, the letter usually states "legal action MAY be taken against you", etc etc, if you are on a DMP, and are making regular payments, I doubt they will go down that route yet. Hang in there, many of us have been through this, it will settle down. Good luck!"I may be many things but not being indiscreet isn't one of them"0 -
Hi Matt - Here is a link to the information about debt free charities. These do not charge and do pretty much the same as a debt management company.

As regards stopping Lloyds phoning, the letter should do it. If you do answer the phone, they should ask security questions so fail them and they can't talk to you any more.
Also, often letters warning of legal proceedings are just that; but if you do go to court the DMP company will want you to plead guilty (and get a CCJ). It is probably better to read up and understand before you let someone else trash your credit rating. National debtline and CCCS have very good information on their websites.
You can always ask on here as well of course0
