    ooh that's lovely, caroline - thanks :)

and all this maxi talk has me thinking about a couple of charity shop buys i was planning to alter and haven't got round to yet - will have another evenign of sewing i think when i come back from the gym this eve! :)
  • Daisy - that maxi is amazing!

Thanks for all the hair advice, I think trying to air dry with a bit of serum will help (I had a bob for ages so am so used to blow drying it). I think I need to be patient to let it grow a few more inches because the weight might stop the frizzy boufffff effect so much! I still have few short layers from growing out the bob.

Goan - I have a Lush 'jungle' bar to use when I've got the last out the conditioner the Aussie 'borrows' from hotel bathrooms for me. I also think switching to the Le Cacas might help not drying my hair out with hair dye too.

    Thanks again everyone

My next make is going to be the headband. Can't work out whether to do a totally ott one on a fabric headband or a smaller scale one on a thin alice band. Hmmm....

    Ohh try both Alex!
I still need to get some wool for pompoms.

Hair trim soon, not in the mooooddd! Haha. Thinking of colouring my hair red at some point in the near future.

I can't have red hair as the red dye fades really quickly, any other colour is fine. I've just blogged about suggestions for my cr*p hair.
