    Hello All!

Just about to settle down to some work after the high jinks of the past few days. It's not raining here (yet) but far too damp and soggy for car booting and after yesterday's marathon I'm a little shopped out today.

    Today's outfit:
Ethnic print maxi dress (Holiday present from my friend, Cheryl)
Gianfranco Ferre denim boots with green snakeskin trim (Car boot)
Vintage Country Casuals waist belt (chazza shop)
    1960's waistcoat (eBay)
Silver bangles, rings and earrings (Collected on my travels)

Off to catch up with the rest of the thread...

Alex, what's an unidetified charity shop??

Well my mum bought the top for herself as it's a size 10 but apparently it looked like a sack on her (a very nice green sack but still...) so she gave it to me. I don't know where it came from but I know it was a charity shop.

Alex, i paid £15 icluding postage, an absoloute bargain, i was eyeing a pair up for a £120, but patience is a virtue;) i watched loads of pairs and pounced when the price was right. Previous years i have worn my uggs (sadly they have gone to ugg heaven, well under my bed anyway) but am totally cheesed off with them, didn't think i'd find a pair of boots as comfy, but these seem more comfy:T

Going to pick up boys blazers today, ds1 has gone to isle of man for 5 days:( doing his duke of edingburgh silver, missing him already:( and have a general sort out of school uniforms and ironing the new stuff etc. May be getting a new puddy cat, mum's neighbours did a 'moonlight flit' and left the cat:mad:, apparently the cat is going in and out of the house via the cat flap and mum has been feeding it, she said she is going to pop it into the cat box and bring it to us, dh will be pleased, he says we have far too many mouths too feed as it is, but a tiny puddy cat isn't going to make any difference right?

Well then, I clearly need to measure my calves and get watching ebay! That's such a bargain.

I can't believe people do that to poor defenceless cats :( Hope he/she has a lovely life with you instead.
  • Hi everyone:

I'm not going out today due to carb-loading (well any excuse...) and in fear of getting blisters if someone just looks at my feet funny, so am currently wearing:

Denim cut off shorts (Bay Trading)
    Heather Grey vest (American Apparel)
Vintage cream cardigan (genuinely thrifted at Goodwill San Francisco ;) )

    Hope all is good x

Morning, argh I'm still in my PJs and I appear to be losing my voice - yay.

I have free listing on eBay today and tomorrow so I think i'll list some of my warehouse and topshop stuff to get rid of it.

I'm looking for some storage for my make up etc, little wooden drawers but I can't find them anywhere - grr!

Ebayers, I have a random question - can you help? I've got fees to pay on all the items I sold but do I actively go in and pay that or just wait for it to be taken out of my Paypal account?

Ikea have some handy bamboo type stacky things. I use the squared one for my earrings.

Ebay normally just take them from my paypal account or my linked bank account. That reminds me, I have fee's due too :(.

I will have a look on ikea's website the now.

Mine are set up as a DD, taken out each month automatically, but I thin k you have to set that up in advance..
If there's just one lot and it's all you're selling for the moment, you're prob just as well to pay them all as one lot, from your PP balance if it covers it... :)
