    I would never let someone pay by paypal and collect the item as mentioned many many times, Its too
    easy for them to claim the money back saying item not received.

    If you paid me by paypal i would refund the money everytime.

    I think the most you can do is file a non performing seller and leave negative. I would rather
    have that than someone steal the goods from me.
