Hello,
Can anyone explain what my situation may be regarding CCJ's. I left the UK in Feb 2006 and have not lived or worked there since then. When I left the UK I had a DMP with the CCCS, I lost my job and could not keep up the re-payments, but was offered a job in Ireland and decided to take up that offer. I now live and work in India. I have no idea if any CCJ's were issued in my name, can they be issued if you have not received them ? How can I find out if I have any ? And how long do they last ? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
