The PWC can block access to the NRP if the kids are sharing the same bedroom.
This was advice given to me by solictor when fighting for access with EX.
Over a certain age you need seperate bedrooms if you have a boy and a girl.
A PWC can block NRP access to their own children? Just because the NRP doesnt live in accomodation big enough to give different sexed children a bedroom each? Is that right?
If access was blocked on that basis, I would do my utmost to ensure that the PWC did not get a penny.
