    thanks for all the replies. i have now joined a local meeting every week lost 4.5 pounds in my first week.... :)

    Keep it up. About 4 years ago I joined and lost almost 5 stone in weight.

    Only problem with that was I got pregnant straight away and needless to say some went back. Don't do my trick.
