people lead good lives without credit but getting a mortgage is important.

any credit card will do as long as you pay it off fully each month.

most important is to get build a good deposit for a house.
although you will struggle to get a mortgage at standard rates is it possible to get a mortgage try

once you've built up that deposit.

    best of luck

    Hi There
Youre Reply Is Very Much Appreciated !!!
We Were Offered A Mortgage At 10 % Deposit And 6.6 % Interest So Like You Say A Bit Of Saving Is Required
I Will Try Youre Link But I Suspect That The Answer Will Be The Same Also I Am Worried About Trying To Many Times
We Tried Capital One For A Card (we Give Any One A Card!!!????) And Were Refused So Maybe Wait A While For That To
    Cheers Bevstar

That is the whole sad thing about house buying. When we bought our first house the 10% deposit was £2700. OK so our salaries were lower and of course credit cards were things you had limits of about £200 on, but proportionally things are out of hand. It is ok for us who are on the property ladder (so long as we stay there), but for those who are still renting life is mad.

    hi there
they requested access to my account (the one that was closed by the OR)
and there were many things for me to worry about in them (by this i meen amounts payed in from selling items so if you have money in them get it out and give it to a relative asap) but nothing was mentioned ,you will find the OR only wants to help you and understands that usually the only reason he is involved is because it is your last resort ,also it is worth knowing i didnt meet the OR and no-one came to our house every thing was done by post and over the phone ,he will ask what the money has been spent on and if you have any items of value (which you reply no as they have been sold to assist payment of debts) but prepare your answers in advance and there will be no problem, please please remember this is only the best option in the judges eyes if all other options have been exhausted however it is by far the best thing we could have done the weight and pressure goes instantly
if i can help any more let me know bevstar
