Prickley Heat?

Ok this may sound a little strange but what does prickley heat look/feel like?

I have a red spotty rash with little yellow pimples all over my chest and its spreading up my neck and over my chin:eek:

It doesn't itch or prickle but it looks horrid:( I haven't used any skin creams after showers since friday and I have tried to sit outside for a little while each day to see if this will dry it up but no joy:(

If anybody suffers from prickley heat do you think thats what it could be?

I get prickly heat- mine looks like lots of pale red non-raised spots on my arm which connect together to form bigger patches. Not yellow though.

I find once my body gets used to the heat they dye down. Nothng else gets rid of it for me I'm afraid!

If your worried or unsure get it checked out with your doctor- it could be anything like a reaction to a product or food.

That is a picture of it belfastgirl but not quite as serious as the pic shown. I'm going to nip in the pharmacy on the way home and see if they can recommend anything as although I'm not too bothered about it on my chest its spreading over my face and that is whats starting to bother me.
