Hope someone can help??
I am in the process of attempting to have a default removed. I have requested a signed, true and certified copy of a default notice from British Credit Trust.
I have received a copy but it is not signed and is a photocopy, is this ok or must they supply a signed copy

Actually i do not know, maybe worth giving never-in-doubt a PM.Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.
