Hello

Hope someone can help??

I am in the process of attempting to have a default removed. I have requested a signed, true and certified copy of a default notice from British Credit Trust.

I have received a copy but it is not signed and is a photocopy, is this ok or must they supply a signed copy

Hope someone can help

Actually i do not know, maybe worth giving never-in-doubt a PM.

Although no trees were harmed during the creation of this post, a large number of electrons were greatly inconvenienced.

you've been sent a copy - are you still trying to dispute the default? If so on what grounds?

We've spent decades teaching people about their rights, but nothing about their responsibilities.
