HELLO TO YOU ALL

I am a newbie with a lot of questions, basically I have been trawling the net now for months as I to have debts and other issues, the trouble is that all sorts of forums are sprouting various ways to deal with situations, trouble is they dont seem consistant with each other.

So after much thought I have choosen MSE to try and get the help and answerrs that I need.

How do I start a bank charges claim, PPI Claim, fight off CC demands and DCA's, I read various peoples succesess but get confused as what to do for the best.

Please try to help me see a way forward in my fight back.
