I don't think anyone can understand what your beef with the bank is.

You abused your finances in the past, so the bank offered you a way out of the mess you had created.

This offer the bank made to help you was a great idea at the time, so great, you took up the offer and have managed (with the banks help) to get yourself out of the mess you made of things.

Now the end is near, you are questioning the very people who helped you. There is simply no other reason than to get some support in a futile quest to shout "Unenforceable" and claim all your money back as you feel victimised.

You got exactly what you asked for, time to stop this ridiculous tantrum.

What a sad bunch...Apples, your first 3 words are correct. The rest is unnecessary. In fact, failure to cognicise the issue by asking cointinually "What do you want to achieve" and guessing at the answer is really sad. What most of the posts here have done is spur me on to find the answer to my question. And yes, I have that answer and yes, I am very happy with the answer! So, thank you all for directing me away from your desperate attempts to answer a simple question. Without your ignorance and arrogance, I would not have resolved this issue. I suggest y'all jump onto the next thread and apply the same sanctimonious vitriol that you did here. It works a treat. Happy Hunting! :D

I do hope you keep us all updated in your ridiculous charge onto the unenforceable bandwagon.

Maybe the real issue is that we could all see straight away what your intention is despite your ramblings....
