Need help with school cake sale

My son's class are having a cake sale this thursday and it is going to be very warm. I have no idea what to bake that will survive the heat.

I usually do brownies with a ganache topping or cupcakes with frostings and various sprinkles(its what the kids always go for):).

Would love some help on this. Anybody have a child attracting, non melty recipe for me? Please...and thank you.:D
