My Filling Came Out. Should I have To Pay Again?

Hi Guys...
I had an NHS filling done on the rear of a front tooth on 18th February 2010. Last week it came out and obviously I need to have it redone.
I think I should expect a filling to last longer than 4 months, and that I should not have to pay yet another £39 (Wales) for this treatment.
I am dealing with the Denticare organisation here.
Some advise would be appreciated.
Cheers

hi not to sure about in wales but in england all nhs fillings are covered for 12 months.0

It will be covered by guarantee within 12 months but only if the filling is exactly the same ie no more of the tooth has come away or broken and the dentist had not advised you that another treatment eg a crown would have been more suitable.0

Thank you for that information. If I where dealing with a Dentist who was working for him or herself I doubt that I would have a problem. However, being a big organisation like Denticare, I doubt that it will be that simple.
No Crown was advised, and it is exactly the same filling.
Of course, I am particularly concerned that it is a rear of front tooth where the filling has come out. Is there any advice as to how long I can go without a re filling before a worry starting?
Ta....
