does anyone know where to get this from?
We used to have a great grocer that stocked big bags of it for 60p and it was fantastic in a pan with butter/sugar or salt etc the bag lasted ages.
but now his supplier hasnt got any.
bought some of the microwaveable stuff the other day and scorched it,it was rubbish so dont want to buy any more of that.

My local Indian shop sells it, not sure of the price but the rest of their pulses are cheaper than the big supermarkets. Worth a look if you've got any ethnic supermarkets nearby.0
