should we go to the PO now?

Hi

Our case went to ICE and 2 weeks ago we got the paperwork from CSA containing their explainations and the outcome.

I phoned the CSA the day before the paperwork came asking when we could expect to start to receive our daughters (NRP) DEO, now that her last payment for outstanding arrears had been collected via the bailiff. I was told I would get a return call either that same day or the next day at the latest.

My husband phoned the following day to speak to the man who had been dealing with our complaints via ICE as he wanted some explainations regarding his letter, the man in question told him that the matter was now CLOSED and he should speak to legal enforcement about it has he was nolonger dealing with it, this took my husband by surprise as he had put in his letter to contact him if he had any queries. He told my husband that he would contact legal enforcement and tell them to phone my husband.

Well 2 weeks have now passed since we phoned and neither have returned the calls!!.

My husband phoned the man at ICE who told him that they had also closed the case and that we should contact CSA, my husband explained the situation and he replied by saying we should open another complaint.

As our original complaint has not been fully resolved and we are not getting anywhere by phoning the CSA should we go direct to the PO? If so how do we go about this, do we get back intouch with our MP?

Any advise would be appreciated.

Thank you
caris

Go back to your MP who can refer the case to the PO.

You need your MP to refer you.!. you cant go direct with the matter.
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
