wedding poem, can anyone help me track down the author?

I want to use the below poem as part of our civil wedding service, but I've searched the net and can't find the author. I would like the person kind enough to be giving the reading to be able to name the author, and I also want to put it on the order of service.
Anyone able to help me track down who it is?
Thanks!
Come with me, go with me
Burn with me, glow with me
Write me a sonnet or two
Sleep with me, wake with me
Give with me, take with me
Love me the way I love you.
Let me get high with you
Laugh with you, cry with you
Be without you when I am blue
Rest with you, fight with you
Day with you, night with you
Love me whatever I do.
Work with me, play with me
Run with me, stay with me
Make me your partner in crime
Handle me, fondle me
Cradle me tenderly
Say I’m your reason and rhyme.
Pray with me, sin with me
Love with me, win with me
Love me with all of my scars.
Rise with me, fall with me
Hide from it all with me
Nothing is mine now – its ours
Anyone able to help me track down who it is?
Thanks!

Quick Google search came up with Fran Landesman.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

Will it be OK in a civil service since it refers to praying & sinning? I thought civil ceremonies required absolutely no religious references? (purely out of curiosity!) It is lovely though.0

Pray with me, sin with me
Have you had it approved by the registrar? Am just wondering whether the above line would give it religious conotations and therefore deem it unuseable for a civil ceremony?
I'd be interested to know as I think it's a beautiful poem and would love to have it as a reading in my ceremony (sorry to steal it!!)

I think it is a lovely poem. I have been looking for one to put in a frame to give to OH on our wedding morning. Think I will save this as a favourite. I will take the praying line out though as we are not religious.
Like PP's you may have to take that line out if you want to use it. I think some authorities have relaxed their rules a bit so you may be allowed it. About 2 weeks before our wedding we have to send the registrar all readings and music etc to check they are okay to use.0 -
Thank you everyone!!
It is actually suggested online by 2 or 3 registrars offices on their list of reading suggestions, so I would presume it will be okay. However it didn't list the author, it was just listed as "reading no.8" but I wanted to know who actually penned it. Link here.

So I presume if it's okay to be used by Wandsworth Registrars then it would be okay elsewhere too? Some other good ideas on there if you are interested.0
