Bingobritain!!

I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this so I apologise if it isn't.

Yesterday I won £50 on Bingobritain so I requested to be able to withdraw the money and when I went to log back on today there was an error. I contacted "support" as told and they have just emailed me to say that my account has been withdrawn.

Can they do this?

When they currently owe me £58 (the amount I had requested to be credited back to my account).

Also I signed up because it states that you will receive £5 free play every day for a month - this is not yet up so I’ve not received what was offered.

Surely they can't just kick me off the site now that I’ve finally won something?!

Any help would be greatly appreciated; I’m rather annoyed about the situation right now :(

Ok so after not getting any luck with customer services i emailed the man in complaints who replied with

"I am looking into your account in a moment. There is no problem with your payout as we always pay people if they win but earlier in the year we did have a huge number of bonus hunters who were not bingo players but just out to try to scam the site as we offer such a decent deal to bingo players both online and our land based so we do have make sure people are genuine players and if so not a problem but our deal was and is so good an online money advise site was recommending people to join and play to clear their debts and this then caused problems with the Gambling Commission rules regarding problem gambling and all sorts. As long as you have played pay bingo games as well as the free it is not a problem but i will get back to you."

I don't think they're a fan of MSE by the sound of things. But he has since got back to me and said he can't see why i was withdrawn because and has opened my account again.

So panic over, i don't have to get to !!!!!! with them, and i can trundle off to play some more :)
  • Yeah this was mentioned on a thread in here in January, and they disliked people using the bonus and winning. They got quite funny and a lot of people had to really fight to get their money released (and some never did) So I'd proceed with caution, but I'm glad they've reopened your account!

    Congrats on the win, too.

Well after they allowed me back on saying they couldn't see a reason for me being banned i later received an email to say due to my original post on here my account has been banned. Again.

I did receive my winnings but because i said bad things about them - everything i said was the truth - i am no longer allowed to play! Oh and he also said "MSE site done nothing but send us abusers and con artists" So i think it's simply a case of them not liking this site. What a company! Any recommendations for this site that i have previously made should now be ignored!

& how did they trace you to posting on MSE?

In the original days of the "free cash bonus" bingo sites, it was very easy to play, win and withdraw money from numerous bingo sites.

A lot of sites cottoned onto this and started putting t&cs in, such as you had to deposit before being able to withdraw any winnings, could only withdraw any winnings if you had deposited first..........

Looks like you have come across one of the later sites with that many t&cs, it normally costs you more in deposits, than you can win on the sites, just to withdraw.

If you haven't deposited anything, you might just have to write of the "winnings".

It wouldn't be that hard to do. hanb requested a payout of £58. If you do a google search for Bingobritain + £58 this thread comes out top of the list.

They know about this site, so it would make sense for them to keep an eye on any threads about them. Especially when they close an account because they think the person is just after the bonus money. A quick search would reveal if the account owner is in here complaining about it, or asking what to do about it.

Iwas also banned from BingoBritain.I had withdrawn my winnings on 3 different occasions. After the last one I couldn't gain access.I emailed to find out why.The gist of the reply was I wasn't playing by the rules.Meaning, I was withdrawing my winnings and not giving it back to BingoBritain.
