How to get a CCJ marked as settled on credit report

Options
Sorry, I dont even know if this is the right place to post but here goes anyway.

Does anyone have any information on how to get a CCJ that has been settled, marked as settled on a credit report? And how long does it take?

Also, I know these 'drop off' a credit report after 6 years-I presume that is 6 years from the date it was settled? Or is it 6 years from the date it was marked as settled?

Appreciate any help!

6years from the original date of the CCJ.

To get it marked as satisfied you need a certificate of satisfaction from the court to send to the Credit ref agencies.
If you paid the lender rather than the court then I think you'll need a letter from them or some proof it has been settled to give to the court to get the certificate.

Ok the court has told me that the paperwork to have these as settled was sent to the registry over a year ago **sigh** will keep trekking to get this stuff removed though!

Sorry not removed-but marked as settled!
