My Bailiff Saga Continues...........

Hello
I was wondering if any of you great people coild offer me some advice on a bailiff problem I have, I wwill skirt over the story for sanities sake
Back in January I received a ccj for an unpaid oil bill for central heating, the ccj was obtained via default because well I was stupid and ignore the original claim.
In February I received a visit from Marston Bailiff's, what a lovely company they are, but on the other hand if I had not got into debt in the first place I would not have had to deal with them!
Anyhow after seeking advice and reading the forum I put a padlock on my drive gate and went to the gate when he arrived, after a bit of a verbal fight with them he went away. I then contacted the original creditor and explained some circumstances and they agreed to let me pay them direclty and to cancel bailiff action, the ONLY agreement they would come to was for £50 a month, this might not sound a lot but in our current circumstanes I knew we could not afford it, stupidly I agreed.
I managed to pay the first 2 months then it became impossible, they have now passed the debt back to Marston's who I received a letter off this morning telling me they were coming on a set date in the not too distant future.
I have decided that this needs to be sorted out 1 way or another, so spoke to the national debt helpline who I have to say were marvellous, really really pleased I phoned them, I just want to clarify what I have been told and make sure I have the details correct before I start the procedure.
I cant send in a n245 as the debt is not covered under consumer credit, so was passed to the high court in order to allow bailiff action so I have to apply to the high court using form n244 along with form ex160 to be exempt from fee's. The court will then put the matter in front of a district judge who will grant a stay of execution and pass it to my local court.
What will happen then? The lady on the phone gave me so much detail I seem to have got mixed up somewhere and dont know what I need to do when it gets to this stage?
Also to clarify this is the right way to do things? I can only afford a very small payment of around £5 per month of this debt so want to make sure I get it right first time.
any help appreciated and thanks in advance

You could always phone them up again and write it all down as you go this time. Did they give you a reference number or anything or did you get a name?
