Kaya thanks so much for that, am off to the county court now and off it goes to Marstons tonight recorded delivery, a huge weight lifted honestly, as said it is actually the truth lol everything really does belong to my partner so now she can breath easy as well and maybe take her foot off my head for a while

Hello everyone
OK filled in the relevant details printed it off and took it too my local county court, they were less than helpful and refused to sign it saying iot was not a lega county court document, could see I was getting nowhere with them so took it to a solicitor in the town who I had forgot all about and he did it for us for £5 bargain
Have sent a copy to marstons recorded delivery and was wondering if I should fax them a copy as well? Just to be thorough? They are supposed to be coming on Wednesday so hoping if they get this in time it will stop them visiting at all?
