CCA request no response advice?

Options
Hi,

I requested a copy of my CCA using the `step 1` letter template, i recieved a letter stating it would take longer than allowed to get this information due to the DCA not originally having the debt?

the 14 days past and i sent `step 2` letter from template giving then the 30 days to reply as stated in the template letter, i have not heard anything and the 30 days is up by a week,

my question is which `step template` do i send now, as i am unsure

thanks for any advice

Gazmon

Yeah, your onto step 4 the dispute letter. And if they reply a final response letter (no cca received).

There are two ways of constructing a software design: One way is to make it so simple that there are obviously no deficiencies, and the other way is to make it so complicated that there are no obvious deficiencies
