Smile loan

I was offered a smile loan and the paperwork came throught this morning, however it says on the initial sheet that the loan form when signed is still subject to another check? Does this mean I still might not get the loan? Has anyone else had a loan from them, signed the forms and not got it? Hope it all makes sense...its my first post!

Smile is part of the co-operative bank which have very tight money laundering poilcies. I have products with the co-operative bank and every time i have applied for a product it has always said that and every time i have got it.
So i think your about 80% likely to get final approval.
    Hope that helps.
