JUst bought a new oven, fitted it fine but the door wouldn't open fully due to being faulty so have had to return to shop.
Do Currys/Comet/B&Q etc have ovens in stosk at their stores are are they home delivery only?

Yes!
Usually a few are available to take away from store.
But you have to ask staff to check "Branch Stock" in warehouse.
I've bought and taken from store twice (Curry's).
