What is the cheapest way to be added to my Wife's existing mortgage?

Hi,
My wife currently has a mortgage for a property which she rents out. I wish to be added to this mortgage. What is the cheapest way to do this? How do I add my name to the mortgage? What pit-falls / 'gotchas' do I need to be aware of?
Thanks in advance guys.
Dean

Has your wife got a Buy to let mortgage or permission to let consent from her lender?
Is she paying TAX on her profit from running a buisness?

You need to get the lenders consent.

Then you'll probably have to be put on the Deeds to the property. You need to fill out a TR1 and an AP1 to go to the Land Regsirty with the new Mortgage Deed
