mgm assurance direct debit

Has anyone else had a problem with their mgm assurancethis month.I have been with them over 20 years and all of a sudden this month the dirct debit name has changed to Mrs M johns instead of mgm advantage.I did call them last week and got a vague answer about a problem with the direct debit names for everyone.Anyone else experienced this?
